Congratulations to Haley Clem on her recent scholarship! Nominated by CoveCare Center, Haley was presented with a check from the Mahopac-Carmel Chamber of Commerce to be used for higher education. “Since I met Haley, she has blossomed into a kind-hearted and driven young woman.
