CoveCare Center is pleased to welcome Dara Caputo, LCSW-R to its Board of Directors. Ms. Caputo is the most recent addition to the governing body of the Carmel-based non-profit that addresses mental health needs, substance use, and social and emotional issues.
A lifelong New York state resident, Ms. Caputo currently serves as Manager of Medical Affairs for CareMount Medical and is an adult and youth mental health instructor. Ms. Caputo received a BA from SUNY New Paltz and a Master Degree in Social Work from Hunter College. Her experience includes many years working in middle and high schools, private practice, and residential treatment. Ms. Caputo has been on the board of The Alliance for Safe Kids since 2015.
“I am a therapist myself and value the amazing work that CoveCare Center is doing to make sure people have access to quality clinicians that they can afford and trust. I come from 25 years in not-for-profit care and I’m excited to give my time to help CoveCare Center thrive,” stated Ms. Caputo.
