Jeffrey D. Kellogg and Jessica Vanacoro Join Putnam Family & Community Services Board of Directors

Carmel, NY – Putnam Family and Community Services, Inc. (PFCS) is pleased to welcome two new members to its Board of Directors. Jeffrey Kellogg and Jessica Vanacoro are the most recent additions to the governing body of the Carmel-based non-profit that provides mental, emotional and social health counseling services as well as substance use prevention and treatment programs to area residents.

“We are so pleased to welcome Jeffrey and Jessica to our Board of Directors,” said PFCS Chief Executive Officer, Diane E. Russo. “Their experience and dedication to health and recovery will help guide our efforts as we continue to provide quality services that are affordable and accessible to those in need.”

Jeffrey Kellogg recently retired from Putnam Hospital Center/HealthQuest after more than 20 years of service as the Executive Director of the PHC Foundation and Senior Vice President of Putnam Hospital. Born and raised in Putnam County, Mr. Kellogg has served and held leadership positions for many local organizations, including the Putnam County Economic Development Corporation, the Mahopac Rotary Club, the Putnam County Fiscal Vision Commission, Grace Lutheran Church, and PCSB Bank. Mr. Kellogg shares, “As a former hospital executive and a long time Putnam resident with a passion for addressing mental health issues, I am looking forward to contributing and adding value to such a fine organization as PFCS.”

Jessica Vanacoro, another longtime Putnam resident, currently serves as Senior Program Director for Camp Herrlich in Carmel, NY. With a degree in social work and a career dedicated to helping improve the lives of children and adults, Ms. Vanacoro is a welcome addition to the PFCS Board. “I believe strongly in the importance of having quality mental health services available to our community. I think PFCS is doing great work and I believe that I can help the organization to continue that work and make services even more available and accessible,” states Ms. Vanacoro.
