CoveCare Center recently hosted a LGBTQ+ Pride Day, with decorated booths and activities that focused on topics such as mental health and substance use issues within the LGBTQ+ population; pronouns and gender identity language; the history of the Pride movement; and LGBTQ+ families. Read More.

CoveCare Center’s 9th Annual Adult Spelling Bee Team Championship, April 19th, 2018
Many Thanks to All Who Supported the 2018 Spelling Bee!
In the final Championship round, AkzoNobel once again brought home the trophy by correctly spelling the word, “psammophile.” Coming in a close second was The Putnam Women’s Bar & Grille II. Two teams from the Putnam County Health Department – The Queen Bees and The Bees Knees – tied to take home the coveted Most Enthusiastic Teams awards. Read More.

The AkzoNobel Bees came away victorious once again after a rousing competition at the 8th Annual Putnam Adult Spelling Bee! This always rousing event was made even more so by the keen competition for second place, resulting in a tie between the Putnam Hospital PIRATES and the Putnam Health Dept. BEES KNEES. AND….best of all there was fun had by all and lots of funds raised for PFCS! Read More
